Accessibility. All digital content, products, and services, including but not limited to software, web pages, mobile applications, kiosks with electronic displays, digital documents, and other online content (“Technology”), that are developed, modified, or provided by Contractor shall comply with the UO Digital Accessibility Standard (as defined in University's Information and Communication Technology Accessibility Procedure) and World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level A and AA. When requested, Contractor shall provide University with appropriate documentation demonstrating compliance and the testing methodology utilized (a current and complete Accessibility Conformance Report using the VPAT, or other documentation as determined by University). If any Technology provided by Contractor does not meet the above standards for accessibility, University may demand that the Contractor promptly make modifications that will bring the Technology into compliance. In addition, the University may take whatever steps necessary to ensure compliance with the above listed standards and may subtract any costs arising from such mitigation effort from future fees payable to Contractor under this Contract.
